About Sól
Sól means salt in Polish — a nod to my roots and to the grounding, healing power of nature. This project grew from big life changes and a deep realisation of what truly matters: slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves and others, and creating space to simply be.
Something shifted for me when I began seeking out heat, cold, and nature as a daily rhythm — stepping into the warmth of the sauna, breathing in fresh winter air, and finding people who loved that contrast as much as I did. It carried me through hard times and reminded me how it feels to be alive.
That’s what I want Sól to be — a sanctuary tucked within the green heart of Eastbourne, at Saffrons. A place where we gather for sauna sessions, cold plunges, grounding rituals, and simple moments that bring us back to ourselves.
